In aliceonboard.com after selecting the products you want to have in your “basket” you can complete your order by choosing one of the following methods of payment

Payment via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.

For purchases made by credit card, the customer will have to follow the instructions found in aliceonboard.com which collaborates with ALPHA BANK for electronic payments. The Credit Card will be issued once the ALPHA BANK checks and certifies the data and the validity of your card. The customer is solely responsible for the proper details and the truth of the credit card, which is not stored in aliceonboard.com

In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card used for the transaction. The company does not have access to confidential information concerning the means of payment and is not responsible for the terms of use of privacy adopted by the banks or the financial institutions with which it cooperates to complete the transaction. The company reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer who disagrees with the above.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery of the parcel (surcharge) where the customer has to pay the employee of the partner company courier, at the delivery of the order on site.

TRANSFER IN BANK ACCOUNT

The customer can deposit that amount in one of the following bank accounts:

And then send the deposit slip by fax +30 2130303419 or e-mail to info@aliceonboard.gr.

For all payment methods the customer can choose be proof of retail or invoice. Invoices are issued to companies and professionals. They fill in their order the following information: company name, VAT, Tax and profession for freelancers.
